How do I make a reservation
Reserve via our website:
Once you complete your online reservation, one of our staff will contact you via email or telephone, to complete the reservation process a deposit must be provided which is 30% of the total cost.

Reserve via fax:
To make a reservation by fax or to get a quote, send us a fax to +357-25-321337. One of our staff will contact you as soon as possible to complete the reservation process.
Reserve at our offices
You can always reserve a vehicle at our offices. Just walk in to our Prestige office in Limassol and we will do our best to provide you with a car of your choice
Do I have to pay a deposit to reserve a car
To complete the reservation process, a deposit of 30% of the total cost must be payed. This process can be done over the phone or at our office
Do I have the right to cancel my reservation
You may cancel or amend your reservation at any time up to 24 hours before the rental is due to commence. The cancellation can be done either by phone or via email. The deposit however, is not refundable
What documents do i need with me
To rent a vehicle you need a valid driving license, credit card and a passport
What credit cards do you accept
We accept any credit card that has the Visa, MasterCard or ΑΜΕΧ logo. When renting with a credit card, the renter’s name must match the name on the card
Will Prestige deliver and collect the car
We can deliver and collect vehicles from both airports in Cyprus, you hotel or your residence. You can also collect or deliver the vehicle yourself to one of our offices.
What is the minimum rental period
There is no minimum rental period. However an additional rental fee is charged for one day rentals. The fee is already included in the website 1 day rental prices.
What is the minimum age for renting a car?
The minimum age for renting a car is 25 for all cars, except supercars where the minimum age is 27.
Can other people drive the car
No one else can drive the car except from the renter and any additional driver that provided us with his/her driver licence and met the requirements
What do I do if I get a flat tire
All of our cars are provided with a spare tire and you are expected to change the flat tire. In cars like Mini Cooper or Smart Cabrio where the car manufacturer has not installed an extra tire you have to call us at +357 25322055 or +357 99467716 for immediate assistance.
Do I have to return the car with full fuel tank
No you do not have to
Do i get money back if i return the car earlier
We have a no refund policy
What do I do if an accident happens
In the event of an accident notify Prestige Car Rentals immediately (8000 5566) 24/7 or +357 99467716 or +357 25322055 and under no circumstances must you move the vehicle.
What is expected when returning the car
The vehicle is expected to be returned in the same condition it was picked up. The car will be checked for damage at the time of return by one of our stafff. If there is a damage, you may be required to fill out a damage report
What do I do if the car breaks down
All our vehicles are covered by 24-hour roadside assistance. All the contact details can be found in the glove box of your vehicle
Do you offer child seats or any other acces.
Please inform us on the time of booking what accessories you require so that we can include them in the vehicle at the time of the collection
