| Payment: Rental fees are payable in advance by credit card or cash. We do not accept cheques.
Third Party Insurance: Included in rates, with excess varying, according to vehicle type.
Minimum Rental Period: 24 hours.
Driver’s License and Age: Renters must be between 25 and 65 years old and must have a valid license for at least 5 years.
Collection and Delivery: Free within Limassol’s borders. From and to the airports of Larnaca and Paphos an additional amount of 30 euros each way is charged. You must return the vehicle to Prestige's car rental office:
(a) to the place, on the date and by the time shown on the rental document,
(b) In the same condition as it was at the commencement of the rental period.
Any further delay will be charged accordingly.
Fines: Renter is responsible for all parking and traffic infringements during the rental period.
Rental Extension: If the renter is interested in extending the rental period, they should inform ‘Prestige Car Rentals’ via telephone at least 24 hours before.
Two or More Drivers: Each vehicle is rented to a specific single driver. If the renter wishes to add one or more drivers (aforementioned conditions apply), they may do so for an extra 4 euros per day (for every added driver).
Baby Seat: Free of charge, available on request.

Reservations: Can be made by car make and model, provided they are done in due time and the wanted vehicle is available.
Not included in the insurance: Damage to tires, widescreen and oil sump. Personal items lost or damaged in the event of theft. No insurance cover in the areas occupied by Turkish troops.
Use of the vehicle:
(a) Not allow the vehicle to be used for any illegal purpose, race, contest.
(b) Not allow to push anything unless authorized.
(c) Not allow to carry more passengers.
(d) Not allow to use the vehicle when it is damaged.
(e) Authorized driver must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
(f) You must pay for any unauthorized repairs to the vehicle. The hirer is fully responsible for damages caused by negligence e.g. driving off-road or driving carelessly. |
